			Deadline for Application: 20/10/2010 (Wed); 6pm BLOOMBERG EMERGING ARTISTS PROGRAMME 2010/11 - OPEN CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS The programme provides one three-month residency period for the selected artist/group to develop the work to be exhibited/performed to the public, this includes a $100,000 grant towards the creative work in addition to a living allowance. As part of the residency, the selected artist/group is required to include a community workshop element to encourage young people’s engagement in the art.

AEDAS MY FOOTSTEPS TEACHER WORKSHOP

Sponsored by Aedas, YAF presented "MY FOOTSTEPS" a choreography master class and site-specific dance performance in April. Some of these choreographers will be sharing what they learnt from the project with teachers at this workshop including tips for choreographing for a specific site and creative skills.

SHERATON MASQUERADE

Thanks to the continuous support of the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers and its enthusiastic volunteer team over the past 11 years, YAF has been able to reach out to youngsters from different backgrounds and abilities, providing them creative, unique art experiences. These art experiences have nurtured the young participants in creativity whilst enhancing their self esteem, giving them the opportunity to explore ideas, express themselves and be heard.
